fantastic thong lo stay
clean room skytrain proximity helpful staff
i found the rooms spacious and clean. the skytrain station proximity greatly eased local travel , a definite plus. i also appreciated the staff 's consistent helpfulness , they were always ready to assist.
the rooftop bar felt a bit overrated , i didn't quite get the ambiance i was expecting.

the hotel is situated very close to thong lo skytrain station , it is about a five-minute walk. this location allows easy access to various shopping centers and other main attractions across the city.

fine amenities but some flaws
expansive view many options best hot chocolate shared lifts poor cleanliness dusty furniture
i got a king room high floor, it had a expansive view. breakfast had many options and foods tasted great. the staff was amazing, especially noyna, she makes the best hot chocolate.
the lifts were shared with the rooftop bar, it was not pleasant. drunk people followed you to your rooms, its wasn't safe. room cleanliness was poor for a 5 stars hotel, dusty furniture was noticeable.

I really enjoyed the breakfast options. There was a wide variety available each morning. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I found the room service to be prompt and efficient .
The room design seemed a little outdated. The television was not ideally placed for viewing from either the bed or seating area. I noticed some noise from outside my room, a tapping sound that occurred frequently during the night. This tapping noise sometimes woke me up.

underwhelming atmosphere dusty furniture
the rooftop bar was not as excellent as i expected. the space felt smaller than the photos showed , and the atmosphere lacked excitement. it seemed to attract mostly hotel guests , so i missed the vibrant "rooftop experience" i was hoping for. also , the cleanliness in the room was not up to par for a 5-star hotel , i noticed dust on the furniture and the bathroom fixtures were not super clean.

fantastic stay
smooth process attentive staff
The check-in process was very smooth and easy. I appreciated that. the staff was very attentive as soon as i arrived at the hotel. i liked the upgraded room, it was big and spacious.
the hotel has strict regulations about outside food. i was not allowed to order food from outside. i had to eat inside the hotel.

the top floor restaurant offered excellent city views. meals in all restaurants were excellent. service was consistently good across all dining venues, a high point of the experience.
